LOCAL PICKUP & SHIPPING

LOCAL PICKUP: Customers in Durham, NC and the surrounding area can purchase online and pick up their items at our store: 2717 Western Bypass, Durham, NC 27707. You will need to present your driver’s license or other form of ID to pick up an order purchased online. Our regular business hours are 9:30 am - 5 pm, weekdays. 

SHIPPING: During your purchase process you will have the option to select shipping and view the actual cost of shipping to your zip code, by FEDEX GROUND or USPS, which is used for small items such as hard drives to save you money. Shipping will be added to your purchase price. We provide professional packing for your items. Your purchase will go out the next business day following your purchase except under extraordinary weather or other intervening circumstances. We will send you your tracking number as soon as it is available.

In the case of a return, we will pay return shipping if the return is due to a defect or damage during shipping. When returning a purchase, it is your responsibility to pack it securely to avoid damage during return shipping. Computers should be repacked just as they were when you received them and any damage done to the box during opening should be repaired or a new box used. The cost of any damage to a computer sustained in return shipping with be deducted from your refund. You must return the exact item you originally purchased.
